full of activities
Overview of the destination
calangute beach in GOA is one place to go and stay if possible, you can enjoy a lot with adventures water rides, you can see dolphins in midst of the sea, go for motor boat and scooter ride is very exciting. Evenings are really beautiful with cultural activities, drinks and dance. Whole night really gives you energy, must go there for memorable experience.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Lots of variety in food with veg and sea food. Hotel little Italy I like the best here, fort palace one should go once, and do para sailing there. One should not miss going to saturday bazar in night.. don't miss Tibetan market too...

Activities & things to do
Activities here are mostly water rides, or you can go to any night club too, that is very good experience, one should always carry short dresses and swim wear with them, don't forget to carry beach chappels with you, and most important to carry strong sun block lotion, and sunglasses.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
Depends where you stay, like from delhi, taking direct flight is the best, but if you have time and budget then you can go in GOA express too. from bombay so many flights are available ...

 AC Accomodation below Rs.1000
Friends, I will be visiting Goa in December (7th to 11th). I would want to stay in an AC room in a beach side hotel at either Calngute or Candolim or Miramar Beach. Please help me in finding a suitable hotel which is clean and safe (as I will have my family) at a cost of below Rs. 1000. Please help me in this regards as I have no idea about Goa hotels.
 Goa in monsoons
Dear Travellers, I was planning a trip to Goa in the first week of July 2008. We do not swim and neither are we the types who love sweltering summers. We loved Kerala during the monsoons. Please do suggest whether Goa is a good choice for a july tour. Also, if there will be some beaches available for a stroll or to laze around..if yes, which beaches are within reach even during monsoons. Your help is highly solicited! regards, Suhani
