The road beyond McLeodgang in Dharamshala leads to this exciting place called Bhagsunaag where an ancient shiva temple is main attraction but the flowing water pond is the thing to look out for. It is pure thrill jumping in the pond & getting the feel of fresh running himalayan water.Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Magnificient vistas surround you all along the way from McLeodganj to Bhagsunaag. The ancient temple is quite & calm & offers peace. Shopping is not so well developed as it is in McLeodganj though there are a few shops selling buddhist memorabilia & a few road side vendors offering himalayan herbs(a bit caution advised while buying the herbs though) Activities & things to do
a exhilarating trek & an out of the world drive. Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
A trek from McLeodganj is the best way to discover Bhagsunaag, I was there during the rains in August & a good rain protection is a must if you want to Take full benefit of the rain trek. | |

 Treks from Dharamshala and Weather in November | | Hi,
I am planning to spend a week in Mcleodganj in the end of November. I would like to know about the weather in the place around that time. What are the temperatures, possibility of rain etc.
I am also interested in knowing about possible day treks from there and nearby villages that are worth visiting.
