Gulmarg is nice tourist place - one must visit at least once in a life time. It is a snow palace situated in Kashmir - Heaven on Earth. Once you visit Gulmarg, there is a chance that you may forget your present and future. You live in your present.Food, sight-seeing and shopping
I got South Indian Masala Dosa at the base and hot cup of Tea in the heights. When you visit Kashmir try to stay in Boat House. There are plenty in Dal Lake. Nishat garden has beautiful Rose garden. Beauty of Nature is in Kashmir Valley, if it is in its best anywhere in the world. Activities & things to do
Ice games are at its best. Fishing in the country side - Wow! What a delicious fish! Flower Valley is an alternative name to Kashmir Valley. Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
One can reach by road, Railway (up to Jammu) or by Air. Private Taxi is plenty. Kashimiri's are friendly people with lot of love, care and hospitality. Terrorism and Terrorist are the problem. | |
