Best time to visit: During summers
What to expect: Tigers (of course), dust and a bumpy ride to remember
Best Thing: Start 5:30 in the morning.. queue up to enter the park... start hunting (tracing) the tiger using pug marks, dung, sitiing marks, alarm calls from monkeys and deers.. its amazing....
where to buy memorabilia? near the park gate (exorbitant price tags... but worth keeping one souvenir for yourself)Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Only hotel food... ask for bon-fire and some hard liquor to beat the chill of the night Activities & things to do
jungle safari, elephant ride, watch the clear night sky Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
By train - reach umaria (200 km from Jabalpur). take a cab to bandhavgarh park (35 km).
By flight - reach jabalpur by flight (250 km from bandhavgarh). connected to delhi
