what a beach -Ganpatipule crystal clear blue water with lovley
Overview of the destination Its location is wonderful at one far end off the mumbai goa highway where the vehicles have no means to go further beyond but make a u turn to go back. its is a busy beach where tourists from pune,mumbai,and surrounding areas come to worship the lord ganesh, the ganesh temple which is situated at one corner of the beach entrance.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping As far as the food is concerned u have lots of home made foods available by the locals who stay there the famous ones r the bhau joshi,bapat,anna poorna. u should visit the malgund village n see poet keshav raj house n library,lakes,forts,prachin kokan,all r within n around of a radius of 2 km or so. amba poli,amba wadi r the things u should shop for.
Activities & things to do just enjoy playing on the beach games like volley ball,beach cricket,camel ride ,horse ride
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc. i went by my car from mumbai to ganpatipule.the roads r excellent,its about 375km from mumbai. don't over speed n over take on the ghats specially where there is a steep bend
I am currently far away from Ganapati Pule but would like to request a Pooja by mail. I know they perform the pooja upon your request & Pooja fee and then send the Prasad by mail.
Can somebody give me the address where I can mail my request and the Pooja fee?
The temple is awsome. A must see.
