I went to Amritsar Golden Temple. I see the Temple in the morning and night. It is such a wonderful experience for me to see the rising sun light on the temple all over, some time I am not closing my eyes. I felt the best time of my life; after some time starting the Kirtan. In this moment, such a wonderful feeling in my heart.Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Food just like Tandoori Naan and chaana, paneer items in Dhaba Style. Near Market shop, I purchased suit and Chunari of different style- colourful Activities & things to do
Baga border, Historical Gurudawara, Market, Food Bazaar Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
I stayed at Sita Niwas- is too good; available Car and near restaurant and market. | |

 Amritsar Tourism | | I intend to go to Amritsar as a holiday trip for 2-3 days during middle of December 2008. Kindly inform the contact address and telephone number of tourism office in Delhi to get tour package for Amritsar. The Tourist office number listed on internet is not available. I presume that like other States tour package there may be tour package for amritsar also which include transportation from Delhi, hotel stay and sight-seeing etc. The tour may include train journey, if permissible from Delhi to Amritsar by Shatabdi train or AC Chair car in any other train. Kindly confirm so that I can make my plan shortly.
It is also requested to send literature of sightseeing places in Amritsar by post.
