We had been to Bharatpur, Rajasthan last october. It was truly an amazing place to stay. The bird sanctuary was really a place to see all day long and its boundries never seemed to end.Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Hotel Ashok, inside the sanctuary is a perfect place to have a lavish food and it all would be digested soon, when you again start your track for more visit in the sanctuary. Activities & things to do
If you are a bird lover and wish to spend time away from the routine hustle & bustle of major tourist destinations, Bharatpur is a nice place to come. Staying at laxmi Vilas Palace would leave your worries far behind, if you even think that what kind of rooms or hotels you would get in that place. It's simply outstanding. Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
This place is just 150 kms from Delhi and is very easily approachable by road. Prepare yourself for bumpy roads, in a stretch of about 20 kms when you take a turn from the highway, to Bharatpur main city, but overall its a easily approachable place. | |
