Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Food is just pure vegetarian. non veg also available. the best hotel for me was arbuda hotel the food was good. there are other good restaurants at hilltone and maganjis, latter being only rajasthani food. There is a nice coffeeday in maharaja hotel complex - so enjoy guys!

Activities & things to do
some are the popular walks are through nakki lake where you can stroll around and admire strange rock formations. The beautiful jain temple of dilwara is just an hour away; then there is bhramakumari temple and achalgarh temples 11kms away which offer spectacular view of country side. The mt abu wild life santuary is 3kms away. It houses wild boars and foxes and good bird species

the best travel way is either a car from ahemdabad or a taxi from nearest rail head abu road which has connections from major cities
