We hired a car from Trivandrum. The place is a visit for enjoying the sunrise and sunset (both of which we missed) ! The rocky beach is fun to frolick around. The Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhi Mandapam and the Kanyakumari temple elevates one on the spiritual level. A good destination for both mind and body indeed !Food, sight-seeing and shopping
Sight seeing is Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, Tiruvalluvar statue and the Kanyakumari temple. Enjoy the beach. Shopping should included the myriad conch shells, different types of sands and other souvenir items. Activities & things to do
The rocky beaches are good option to spend some time. Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc.
Train service available upto Kanyakumari. Alternatively, get down at Trivandrum airport and enjoy the road upto Kanyakumari. | |
