Overview of the destination
This place is 30-40 km from Kolkata and is a quite and peaceful place. The River Hoogly is the main attraction of the place and you can come here to laze around on the banks for a day or two. The only good place to stay here is Ffort Radisson

Food, sight-seeing and shopping
The only resort here worth staying is the Fort Radission. Its a 18th Century British Fort converted into a star hotel. The old charm of the fort is still maintained and its a place worth staying

The hotel has an entertainment section where u can swim, play and work out in the gym. The hotel can make arrangements for boat rides and angling
