Lalbagh or Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, meaning The Red Garden in English, is a well known botanical garden in southern Bengaluru, India
Very Romantic place. It has various sections. The Titan clock is point of attraction. Situated near to CBS. Mirror house or glass house is another attraction.

Once a beautiful city with lovely weather and atmosphere, now turning into a dustbag cum dirty pool if it rains due to non functional administration and unplanned & uncontrolled growth of urbanization. Add with that a hatred for north Indian language putting lowly educated people from other states into lot of difficulties.

The lush greenery around the IT hub of Bangalore means that there are many lovely trails for trekking. There are some beautiful trails that are full of luscious woods, sparkling streams and unique opportunities for bird watching like Savandurga, Kunti Betta, Bheemeshwari, Ramanagra, Makalidurga, Anthargange etc. All you need for going off on an adventurous trek from Bangalore is a backpack with grub and water and some good music. I advice travellers if you want to explore the city try using Metro's and Taxi's if available for your required destination as Bangalore is really too polluted and don't forget to wear a face mask.
Avoid drinking water or eating salads at small restaurants.
If you are planning to visit Bangalore in winter, please carry woolen clothing with you.
If your visit is planned in summer, carry sunscreen lotions and sunglasses with you. Please drink lots of water to avoid dehydration in the summer months.

"A mini vacation in Bangalore"
- Posted Oct 21, 2017
Spent an overnight at the Oberoi Hotel on Mahatma Gandhi Road. The hotel was perfect for a much needed get away at the end of the Dussehra holiday. This was my first stay alone and I enjoyed the room, breakfast included and the beautiful pool and gardens.

While the traffic is really heavy, throughout the day, once one reaches office, one goes into a different world.
There are many start-ups, boot camps, workbenches and other stuff to encourage and nurture tech-talent.
Rather than using two wheeler, try buses, which are abundant, and also use OLA/UBER.
The quality of roads is better this year. Once the Metro spreads across all over, perhaps transportation would improve.
