Auli Experience: Nice place to go in summer.very clean.location of gmvn is outstanding.
Food, sight-seeing and shopping: The food is very good do not try the local garhwali dishes.You can take a walk around.no shopping chances whatsoever.
Activities & things to do: You have the chair car for a wndrful exprnce.there is a lake above.i do think that auli is meant for the winter season.
Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: From Joshimath it is 18 kms.buses from hrishikesh ply bewn the 2 places. a car from hrishikesh will be a better idea because the distance is around 200 kms.beware of the road jams during the yatra time.
