"Clean and traditional"

  • Posted Oct 26, 2017
This is India’s cleanest city. It is large but has a small town ambience with friendliness and politeness inbuilt.
A city full of interesting and revered temples like the Khajrana Ganesha The Jain Mirror Temple the temple atop the hill and the historic small white church. It is the cradle of cricket too with legends like CK Nayudu and Mushtaq Ali rooted here. It also has a giant cricket bat devoted to the victories 1971 cricket team led by Ajit Wadekar.

"No more places to visit in Indore ... Just waste of Time ..."

Indore City is only having few Temples and one Heritage Palace that is Lalo Baug Palace. I expected a lot of worth to watch places and it was not up to the expectations. The famous Sarafa Bazaar street food place is good place but there are not much varieties to offer. The cost / dish is expensive I. E. Rs. 40/- to 100/-.

"Cleanest city in India"

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted Sep 14, 2017
1. Why to visit?
It is the most cleanest city in India. Located in the Malwa Plateau. Also known as the street food capital of India, famous for its lip smacking taste of street food. A city very much rich in heritage and culture, a must visit place.
2. Must Visit Places.
Rajwada palace, Yeshwant club and local gardens. Mhow located around 25 km from Indore has beautiful places to visit like Patalpani, Wanchu point and Malwa Plateau. Local temples are also worth visiting for attaining peace of mind.
3. Local food and shopping.
TI and C21 mall has some nice options in the food courts. The local Sarafa and 56 markets are worth visiting. The night life is also good with some good chain of clubs/pubs like 10 DS, of bar and many more. For shopping the locally made sarees are also good. Other options are also there for branded clothing.
4. Activities.
The city provides good options for experiencing about the Holkar and touch of Maratha dynasties. A water park in the city also provides good viable options to beat the scorching heat. A drive down towards Mhow and visiting Patalpani and Wanchu point is also recommended.
5. Advice.
Do keep eyes on the road while driving down. Take camera along while going towards Mhow. Rest all is okay.
Happy Holidaying !!
Warm Regards

Indore city is famous forits poha jalebi and I have tried poha jalebi here at many places and to be frank it has been in one of my favourite breakfast menu now. One who visiting Indore should try this breakfast menu available at road side as well as hotels and restaurants over here.
