Agatti Experience: Agatti is a very beautiful island of Lakshadweep, which is widely covered with coconut trees and sorrounded by coral reef. The island is about 9km long and the width is about 200 m in most of the part. The earning of the most of the common people are fishing. There is no any agriculture product in the Island which is mainly depends on the mainland India.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Fish is the only widely available food in the Island alongwith coconut. All the places in the island is very interesting for sight-seeing and all the beaches on all sides are enjoyable. Waters in all the sides are so clear and transperent that one can enjoy to see different kinds of fishes and tortoises.

Activities & things to do: Kayaking and snorkeling are the main activities to enjoy, however one can enjoy to see the corals and fishes from glass bottom boats.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: The weather in the island is comfortable, which can be reached by airways from Cochi, Bangalore or Chennai. Ferry service is also available from Kozhikode.
