"My favourite beach"

  • 7.0/7

Mandrem is another quiet beach, the most affectionate for me and for others, the best preserved paradise on the North Goan coast. You have to just travel a distance about 8 Km from Anjuna, and a walk down through a beautiful park developed by the Forest Department and a narrow temporary bridge over a small creek and you are there, very first sight will bind you. It is one of the safest beaches and has numerous Beach shacks, really served fine sea food and beverage of your choice. This beach is also a great choice for foreign tourists, it has very soft and nice sand a very good stretch and beach is having uniform gradient and waves are really nice. Lifeguards are always available to monitor the visitors. Good for sunbathers and for sea bath. Among numerous Beach shacks at Mandrem Beach, I like and prefer the End Of The World, for the fresh Sea Food and other Indian Foods and Beverages are served with great Hospitality, and also providing the all facilities for the visitors. The waves of the beautiful Arabian sea helps you get back to you. I love the beach, and I love sunshine perhaps I am crazy. Really this is the most attractive and beautiful Beach In North Goa. Because there's nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline, no matter how many times it's sent away.

"Mandrem, the most cleanest and untouched beach at Goa"

  • 7.0/7

Mandrem being in the interior is a little lesser known beach at Goa. At the beach specially you find sight of foreigners relaxing and enjoying themselves in warm sunlight.

The sand here is white in shade and you wouldn't see any garbage anywhere. The beach has enjoyable wave splashes endless to please us to the time we like. Calm and serene makes us feel very close to nature. I just love this beach very much. Do pay a visit.

"Provides an opportunity to transform"

  • 7.0/7
  • Posted Dec 3, 2015
Mandrem is, for many, the best-kept mystery on the north Goan coast just 20KM from Anjuna Bardez, as a destination here you may be relaxed . It provides an opportunity to transform, and you'll find ever-changing options for spiritually slanted exercise and enlightenment along its sands. Most accommodation, dining and alternative therapy options are ranged along the narrow beach-access road, or on the sparkling sands themselves. You just have to walk down through a beautiful park developed by the forest department. This is very popular among the foreign tourists, safety remains the priority of the Goan Tourism, a continuous monitoring by lifeguards. A beach which must be visited and enjoy the freedom, as it has the quality to attract at first glance.

"Calm and serene beach - not much of a crowd"

  • 5.5/7
  • Posted Nov 28, 2015
A good beach with not much people around. Heard its the same even in the tourist season and the beach is not much crowded. Ideal beach for a bunch of friends or a big family group visiting Goa and want the beach for themselves. Clean beach though there are not much activities at the beach.

Mandrem Beach, situated near Ashwem and Arambol beaches, is an isolated beach in the Pernem Taluka. There are many casuarina trees alongside this beach that are home to white-bellied fish eagles. The beach is also famous for the endangered olive ridley turtles. The nearby market area, Madlamaz-Mandrem, is known for selling different types of food items and drinks.
