Jorhat Experience: Mou Chapori is a nice place at Neematighat, Jorhat. Its a small river island (on might Brahmaputra) and an ideal place for family outings. Cottages are pretty decent and available at affordable prices. The sunrise and sunset view over the river Brahmaputra is amazing. It has a wonderful children's park.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Located on the banks of Brahmaputra , its about 13 kms from Jorhat. Regular Buses are available to Neematighat. From there, the boats takes you to the island and gets back too. Its a safe place for family. Suggest to visit during winters only.
