Chennai Experience: Chennai is simply a wonderful place to shop, see and dine. Each time when i go to Chennai i tell myself that this is the last time that i want to visit Chennai. However, most often i eat up my words as i keep returning to Chennai every year. Every Diwali, my children and I stand out in my in-laws home due to our dressing which is always different. Its all because of the beautiful hours of shopping i spend in Chennai.Having said that, i will still go to Chennai again and again.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food - Anjappar located at Pondy Bazaar. Food is delicious and ambiance is fantastic. Sight-seeing - beautiful beaches especially the one near Santhome Cathedral. Shopping - T-Nagar and Pondy Bazaar is the place to shop, shop and shop. Saree shops like Kumarans, Pothys and Chennai Silks. Jewellery shops like GRT and Prince.

Activities & things to do: Sight-seeing to nearby places, city tours. And of course eat, eat and eat.
