Vaishno Devi Experience: We arrived at Jammu by air,and since we were to climb up from Katra the next day we had a day free to explore Jammu. Jammu is a small city and full of temples. The taxi driver told us that there were many things to do in jammu, and one day would not be enough. Since we had only one day for Jammu the taxi guy suggested that we visit Bahu fort, an ancient temple called peer kho and then on way to katra he suggested that a 'must visit destintion in Jammu' was the Hovercraft cruise camp. He was so correct. We went on a hovercraft to Harki paori, a temple on the river side. It was an awesome One of its kind experience. The approach to the temple via the river route was lovely. The hovercraft ride to Harki paori was one of the best 'things to do in jammu. By the time we got back it was 5.30pm so we left for katra. I have decided that next time I'll definately keep one more day for jammu as I would like to go to sruinsar and mansar. These are twin lakes and I believe very beautiful. The next day we walked up to Mata Ka Darbar. Mata blessed us with a peaceful Darshan. Jai Mata Di
