Vengurla Experience: It just a amazing destination & less explored, with white sand unexplored beaches with lots of history hidden beneath to my surprise lots of foreigners do visit this place for its undaunted silent beaches

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: U will see sea all around especially velaghar yummy malwani food and lots of coconut water

Activities & things to do: Just explore around the beaches and eat lots of fish

Vengurla Experience: This is a place which is very near to Goa and still not crowded. The Beach is still clean calm and enjoyable. Though you won't find any luxury hotels over here there are quite a few home stays and tents over here. You will see local fisherman only in the morning when they return with their catch.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Reddi Ganapati, Aronda Backwater, Therekhol Fort are few places very near from here. You can even go to Goa by ferry (with your vehicle). You can even go to Tarkarli Malwan for a one day trip and return back. For shopping you can go with the hotel person to the fish market and choose your fish.

Activities & things to do: Just enjoy the beach.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: The roads are good and having own vehicle is good. Even you can hire a two wheeler in Goa and come here by ferry boat (near Terehekhol fort).

Vengurla Experience: A beautiful holiday in Vengurla. Quite, relaxing and rejuvenating. Overall great stay and we met nice people all through.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: - Vengurla jetty - Vengurla lighthouse (request for a tour) - Sagareshwar beach - Cashew factory visit (Narmada cashew) - Reddi Ganapati temple - Malwan is 1 hr drive - Sindhudurg fort, snorkelling, boat ride in Tarkali backwaters)

Activities & things to do: - Watch fish in the sea, sunrise and sunset from the jetty - Walk up the hill to the lighthouse. There are some great trails from top of the hill to the rocky beaches. Try them only if you have a local to guide you. - seafood - bangda, surmai, rawas, pomfret, prawns, mori (shark), squids, clams

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: 1 hr drive north from Goa. The route along the coast is more scenic than the Goa-mumbai highway. You might need to wait 30-40 mins for the ferry to take you across Terecol creek - be careful when you take your car up the ramp on the ferry.

Activities & things to do: Go to Goa via Kiranpani & Terekhol fort is not be missed!

Vengurla Experience: There are so many sight seeing places around Vengurla district. You have to have tour map with you and plan it properly. This a complete ghat area with good roads, you can travel maximum 40 Kms per hour. So plan accordingly.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: You can have variety of Malvan veg & non-veg foods with amazing taste.

Activities & things to do: Play football on the beach

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Make sure you have enough fuel in the vehicle as there are very less fuel filling stations at the major places. I strongly suggest you to purchase one IDEA network SIM card of Maharashtra circle so that you can have good coverage for communication. Vodafone is also OK.

Vengurla Experience: Vengurla Malwan are best cities in Sindhudurg district with Sea shore and variety to eat including fruits & fish.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: fish is available in plenty. lot of site seeing places like beaches -ubhadanda, sagareshwar, mochemad. Temples like Rameshwar & Sateri in Vengurla. Temples like Navadurga , Ganesh, & Mauli at Redi. Yashwantgad fort, Tata metallic factory in Redi. Terekhol fort of Goa is very near from this Navadurga Temple.

Activities & things to do: lot of site seeing, eating, enjoying the stay at Vengurla.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: By road, Mumbai-goa highway, take a turn from Sawantwadi. Nearest Airport -Dabholim , Goa. It is recommended for tourists to first visit Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra -places like Vengurla, Malwan, Redi and after doing the site seeing there then proceed to Goa.

Vengurla Experience: Sagareshwar beach - Quiet, Beautiful Virgin beach - miles of sand, sea and sun with no soul around for total privacy and peace of mind. Must for really relaxing holiday.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Buy cashew.

Activities & things to do: Just relax. Sun bath, swim and long quiet walks on the beach.
