I want to extend my trip from Dalhousie to Shimla or Manali. Can you please guide which will be the better option, how to reach there from Dalhousie and how much time will it take.

I am planning to go to Dalhousie in the last week of Nov 08. Regarding this, I have a few questions --
1. Is there a direct transport (bus, rail) to Dalhousie from Delhi? What is the best route?
2. Will I be able to see snow at the mountains or snow fall? If not, which place nearby Dalhousie has good snow?
3. What will be the temperature there at that time?
4. In my 5N/6D trip, will I be able to cover Dharamshala along with Dalhousie and Khajjiar? What is the mode of transport from Dalhousie to Dharamshala?

Iwant to ask a few questions:
1. Is it the right Time to visit ?
2. Is a trip of 4 days enough ?
3. Where can I stay in a budget Hotel ?
4. Are there some Government Guest / Rest houses available if yes please let me know the name of the Govt.Departments ?
