Vrindavan Experience: my trip to vrindavan was so good,all the sites and markets of vrindavan are heart touching

Vrindavan Experience: Vrindavan is a small town but apparently cleaner than Mathura which is a more famous destination. The places of interest can be covered in one day without any hassle.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Food purely vegetarian, sight seeing is only for religious purpose and there is nothing much for shopping unless you wish to buy some curious.

Activities & things to do: Visit to Banke Bihari temple, Kali Dah, Ranganth & Sone ki Khamba, Vaishnodevi, Prem Mandir of Krupalu ji Maharaj, ISKCON temple etc.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Vrindavan can be reached from Mathura Railway Station. You get fixed fare taxis. For 4 seater taxis like Indica they charge Rs. 500/- and for bigger vehicles they charge more. For local sight seeing they have fixed daily rates. We paid Rs. 2,100/- per day for an Indica taxi. A day means 8 hours or 80 Kms which ever is earlier. Travel warning - For Banke Bihari, Ranganth ji at Vrindavan, for all places at Mathura and Gokul Pandas would fleece any unsuspecting visitor. Despite our repeated refusal, we had to still shell out around Rs. 3,000/- at Gokul.

Vrindavan Experience: Nice place, beautiful people very nice staff to take care of you and your needs.Overall too good experience.

Food, sight-seeing and shopping: Good food.Great service.Don't miss the temple.You will find yourself out of this world.

Activities & things to do: Had a great time with ourselves thank god.

Travel tips, How to reach, travel warnings etc: Nothing much.Took a train to Delhi and had a car waiting there to reach Vrindavan.
