Best Experience: The location on a hilltop allisolated with the beautiful surroundings.

Worst Experience: a certain front desk fellow promised to arrange a particular wildlife trip permission to Mukurthi but he failed to arrange and worse still he failed to communicate the same on his own so we had to alter plans on our own.But just an isolated human failure I understand.

The destination was really good with hill station and the climate was awesome,I stayed in deluxe room and the room was really good and well maintained with all the modern equipments,and the main attraction was the eye catching lawn. where we can sit and relax from the hustle of the daily life,staff were so warm and helpful,and the quality of food served was so good and its reasonable also,the service was really nice and overall the stay was pleasant and memorable.....
