excellent location of hotel just below the Mall, my room was facing the mountains and the sight was awesome. very courteous staff and the bfast was amazing. my plan incuded dinner but that was not upto the mark. however whenever i ordered items from the Menu the taste was excellent. Overall i was very happy with the services provided considering the cost.

The hotel is right next to the Mall Road. Although the Mall road is nowhere in comparison with the Mall Road of Shimla, it is a good road to walk. The hotel is small with basic amenities. No activities. Rooms are small. Heaters are given at extra cost. We had power cuts during our visit and generator was used only during the evenings that too for only lights. Geyser / heaters could not be operated. Being middle of winter, we could not use the bathroom nor could be sit comfortably in the room. During day time, generator was not started at all. Room service was quick, good but menu was limited in variety. Overall a good budget hotel.

Best Experience: They gave us a double room for the family with 4 beds. Which made the stay comfortable. Room service was very fast and staff very helpful. Taxi was arranged as per requirement and good information given.

Worst Experience: Generator was not used during day and during night only lighting could be used

hotel was quite good i stay there for 4 days my room is quite good and staff was helping except manager he didnt guide me any thing right my post post was not working in west bengal and i need a new prepaid connection so the store ask me to have noc letter from hotel that you are staying there but i ask manager he refuses me to give noc

Best Experience: interior was good but the restrarant was not this is my opinion so i usually go out for dinner

Worst Experience: nothing but the geyser is switched off by the reception when i need to take a bath to visit early tiger hill later on they ask me that i need to tell reception for this rest is good

due to disturbance in bay of bengal weather played hell with trip.

Best Experience: i booked for deluxe but was upgraded to super deluxe!!!!! room service good. manager Mr. Bannerjee was very cooperative and helped in identifying good shops.
