experience was good ..v enjoyed the stay. staff is very nice in behaviour.

Best Experience: water was good , not like salty as in other hotles.

Worst Experience: drinks cost too .

It was a good hotel. one would definitely enjoy here. The food was good and the services were good too. Had a good time.

it was a peaceful stay., the location is supeb food and service was nice i stayed here for 1 week the rooms where kept very clean the staffs and hospitality was good they gave us good respect they welcomed us well over all it is good experience.

Overall experience was good except for the lunch we had in the hotel.

Best Experience: The place was calm and tidy.

Worst Experience: The chicken dish we ordered for lunch was not fresh.On complaint they replaced it with another dish and it was o.k. At the same time the breakfast the next morning was good.

I booked 2 superior rooms for the 6th of feb for 1 day on the net. I spoke to the manager Mr Ashok Khurana the day i made the booking and also spoke to him twice on the 6th before we reached there .On arrival the front desk told me that there was no booking in my name. We asked for Mr Khurana . He greeted us effusively and said unfortunately we are fully booked and i will make alternate arrangements for you.To his credit he gave us 2 rooms in Taj -inn which was nearby at the same rate but without breakfast.I fail to understand how there was no room suddenly when just 2hrs before there was one. I do not think this is expected from a decent hotel.Pl be forewarned
