We couldn't travel on our first international trip after marriage for following reasons 1. When you ask for name as per passport; make sure your UI asks for details as per passport. Because of your incomplete/miss leading UI we are at complete loss. (Two way ticket, visa, tour package cost). 2. Incompletent customer care personals are not even listening to our concerns. Instead they were trying to sell insurance package in the call . 3. All those useless calls with MMT customer care ended like you cannot travel without surname in ticket. So we made our mind to drop the plan. ** TWIST PART** Surprisingly received call from airline departure gate 25 mins before asking for our availability. Airline's stand is like missing a part of name could have been addressed in airport easily. We were shocked but it was too late to act on. So how come make mytrip didn't knew this fact when they are in business for decades. Customer care personal were so sure that we cannot travel, so we thought visiting airport would be more embarrassing. No harm for MMT & total loss for me Your faulty UI and ignorant customer service personnel made me to pay for this.
I understand the sector where air India flies to Dubai where they have to cater many laborers, but it doesn't mean the cabin crew treat everyone as low class. They are not doing any favor on us, infact we are paying for a maharaja experience which I never felt with old cabin crew who are more inclined towards a govt job as they know they won't get fired .
Travelling from Delhi with airindia gives you better service than any other . For person travelling solo . Airport metro directly takes you to the terminal plus you can check in way in advance from any airport metro . So thats the kind of benefit anyone would like to have
Air India overall service is good and leg room space is good. The food most of them are having potato. Other vegetables can be added. Upma readymade can be served. The staff were courteous, professional and helping. The flight reached half an hour early so that immigration could take place easily.
Although the departure scheduled was 14:55, we could start at 15:12. Today it was raining simulteneously, and ao cloudy. All these might be the reasons for the delaying. Anyway, I'm happy with the boarding. Thanks
Flight was delayed and there was no announcements, scheduled departure time was 2100 hours, delayed to 2130 hours, again delayed to 2200 hours. No airline personnel was ready to answer the question as to why the delay and no announcements were made, so had to stand at the boarding gate for almost an hour. I missed my further journey to Chandigarh as flight was delayed. Funny thing is after landing in Delhi I received a text message on my phone saying your flight is delayed.
