Overall good value for money. Had to oay for 1. 9 kg which could have been exempted but rules are rules, this time flight reached the destination few minutes late which is rare when it comes to Indigo. Flight attendants were good but they sometimes talk to each other and giggle which might offend some people as they might think that they are making fun of the passengers
Indigo initially used to be good but now a days its like local pessenger train. This time I was reallyupset with inflight experience. The temperature inside was extremely low though outside its already cold. Even I have not experienced that low temp in international flights. I asked flight attendant to increase it till comfort level but of no use. Mid night flight in winter does not require low temp inside. Saw many fellow pessengers suffering. Being on time or before time is always good but taking off before is never preferred. People manage their time as per scheduled time
The flight tookoff and landed right on time. Airline has to add a bit more of leg room for long legged passengers. Breakfast served was the worst, and not worth consuming, given the price that they charge. DO NOT order food on this airline.
Indigo, by virtue of their excessive marketshare in flight business are running a monopoly full of vices. They charge you for seats, they charge you for web checkins, they charge you for baggage and in return you get an incompetent and totally unsatisfactory flight experience, that is when you get to the flight. Missed my flight, and the response and help you get is completely unjustified for the prices you pay for the flights. I hope Someday some Rich tycoon gets into flight business and teaches these monopolies a much needed lesson in the same way Jio is teaching telcos.
