I donít like Go air. Me 2 minutes late ho Gaya tha check in desk aane me. Lekin counter par check in nahi kiya or meri flight miss ho gayi or mera ticket ka amount bhi refund nahi kiya. Me 2 and time go air se travel nahi karunga.
The worst experience ever. Flight details: G8 394 (Kolkata to Pune) Date: 15th Feb (boarding time: 21:15) My name is Ranjit Das. I was travelling from Kolkata to Pune (direct flight) While boarding they have given me wrong boarding pass, (of another person name XX Das). Later when I reported of wrong boarding pass my Bag has already gone with wrong tag, I raised concern multiple times, they told don't worry, we will take care of the bag tag (change) you will receive the bag directly in Pune. Later when I landed Iin Pune my bag hasn't arrived. I talked with the Go Air representative present at airport. She told you beg is in Kolkata that will be given tomorrow because of wrong tag. On the next day when I called (on Go Air number) they told you beg is in Mumbai. (I understood then, no one is in sync, where my beg is). Later I called multiple times to gather information about my beg location and everything I heard different excuses. I requested multiple times to deliver my beg As soon as possible, still no result. Later my beg is delivered on today 17th Feb 12:15 pm. (I am without my beg for more then 1 and half days, I had food items on my check in beg, all those are rotten with bad smell. My all clothes are with bad smell now. This is the worst experience ever. Where I had to suffered for Go Air check-in person fault (who gave me wrong boarding pass), later despite of several calls no proper service is given to deliver my beg as soon as possible. They even haven't bother to call and inform me what the present situation and where my beg is.
See, itís service seems to be very cheap. I bought a sandwich. You believe or not, it has a foul smell. Then the hospitality is the worst. When we enter into indigo you can have a warm welcome from crew cabin. But in go you canít expect that freshness.
The fare was more than reasonable. I booked for myself through corporate booking which included meals and it came to Rs. 3406. For family I booked through make my trip and fare was more by Rd. 250 without food. I see lot of offers to my mails but actually when booked the fares were very much higher and no offers were given. Totally disappointed.
You should have a question for how the pilot did in flying the flight. Oh my god. No clouds nothing, no strong winds and still the pilot rode the aircraft in such a horrible way. The frequent change in the altitude, the turbulence was so much that my kids and me ended up vomiting. The landing was equally pathetic. Thank god he didn't crash anywhere. Even while parking the flight the speed of the aircraft was more comparatively and took. Such a sharp turn too. Have travelled so much across but never experienced such a horrible flight and pilot.
Web check-in is horrible and faulty. I did the web check-in, selected seats, got the boarding pass on screen. However I didnít get the email with boarding pass. When I went to the airport counter, they said there was no web check-in made and I had randomly allocated seats. The airline staff was helpful and made sure we got all seats in sequence while we were enquiring with the telephone customer service team.
Significant flight delays with little to no communication from the airline + some passengers randomly left to board on a flight while other passengers on the same flight were not; customers and airline staff arguing angrily and loudly at the boarding gate; odd baggage check process (have to wait in line at check-in to then be told to go to another location to scan the bag and bring it back? I travel for work all the time and have never seen this); no food.
I have cancelled my flight before one month 09/01/2018. My cancellation charge is 2600/- per ticket. This is too much cost. Worst services. Company don't think about middle class people. Never suggest any one for this
Very rude ground staff. They don't have any manners to speak. As the flight from Patna to Delhi was delayed by more than 1 hour but there were no arrangements for catching up time with connecting flight from Delhi to Pune. When asked to ground staff of Go Air for help, he behaved ridiculously and arrogantly with no manners and informed that it is not his business and no help was provided. All the passengers with connecting flight were in panic and clueless. As a result we had to catch a flight on last moment. Worst service.
There was no announcement on gate no. 16 from where we have to board as mentioned on boarding pass. Reporting time was 9. 20. Flight delayed, boarding shifted to gate no 8A. Without any information. One passenger told us about it. Otherwise we could miss the flight. Waiting on gate no. 16.
