In Hot Summer of April end at 1615 Hrs. AC was not working properly. I complained for 3 Times but was highly disappointed to get same answer that we have informed Pilot. I was sweating while sitting inside the aircraft waiting for take off, it too goof half an hour for the aircraft to cool it after it took off. It was suffocating inside
Go air staff bad service at Boarding pass counter at Hyd airport and I am working in travel agency I have a twenty years experience look at the matter. And I am travelling with my daughter she is 10 years old go air issued only five Boarding passes I given seven tickets they issued only five Boarding passea I said my daughter waiting please issue me our boarding passes
The flight was delayed by almost two hours. Which stretched the travel time from 2 hours to nearly 4 and half hours. It was an appalling experience and the flights management team must look in to the delay and try to minimise this sorT of discomfort.
We were travelling from Delhi to Lucknow via Flight G8207 and when we landed at Lucknow, we found that the trolley of my Swiss Gear suitcase was totally broken rendering the suitcase almost useless. All this was due to mishandling. Goair managed to do what for the past 6 years no airline in US and India managed to do. To pile-on more insult, I was offered an absurd amount of Rs. 200/- as compensation (Rs. 200/- . Really . For a 100$ suitcase), which we refused. The customer service executive filed a damage report and also took photographs. We are yet to hear anything from Goair regarding this.
Go airlines is worst in service as I reach airport on boarding desk 55 minutes before but because I get stuck in traffic I was 5 min late they donít low me to check in. Because of that I have lost my 1 day trip of Delhi.
You ask for my feedback and do not know that I had to cancel the travel. I wanted to reschedule for next day but purchasing a fresh ticket was less expensive than. So I just forgot the ticket and threw it in a dust bin. For God sake before asking for the feedback, try to confirm that whether the journey was performed or not . Thanks for nothing.
I have booked the ticket around 4 month before for 23 april Chennai to Kolkata. But at the last moment I got the message that my booking has been canceled due to operational issue. Ins ted of arranging any other flight custmer care people said we don't have other or facilities you have to cancel your booking and they still asked for the feedback . I just want to see what action you people are going to take. One off the worst airline company I have ever seen.
The leg room in Go Air is pathetic! They need to learn from Indigo where the leg room is less but it still is decent enough to sit for having a 2 hours flight. The air staff seemed most uninterested in serving people and had a scorn most often! How about service with a smile, especially when you are charging for everything we buy on the flight?
