My Flight was at 4 pm and I have travelling all way from Kathmandu, Nepal to attend my Brother Wedding. Due to my flight delay from Kathmandu to Bagdogra, I reported at 3. 35 pm and they didn't allowed me to board. Such a heartless and irresponsible persons. I am very disappointing with go air and I will never recommend this flight to anyone. Because I always choose goair for my journey but first time I want to cancel my ticket because some urgency and they you didn't give me a single rupees. I have booked 3 tickets on 18th November
Over all I don't have any complaints from the airline. Just suggestion would be that the flight is too cramped, environment does not feel fresh and energetic. More over the cabin pressure wasn't feeling correct and the Aircon wasn't up to the mark.
1) Clarity in check-in luggage was not given properly. Had to go through the line or queue thrice 2) Plane was late for over and hour, however the pilot recovered 20 mins after take off 3) The gate Number mentioned to us was no7, however we finally boarded the plane through gate no5 4) The waiting lounge was highly discomforting with no proper reconditioning or ventilation, especially the upper floor 5) two of us travelled, and weirdly enough we were offered one Jain sandwich to one of us, free of cost. While the other passenger didn't get any. Interestingly we are neither Jain nor keep any particular choice of food. But still one was offered a sandwich and the other was not 6) reconditioning in-flight was poor. It was continuously fluctuating between hot and warm. 7) the food that we wanted to buy in-flight was unavailable. So we had change our order to accommodate to what is available 8) mineral bottled water was not available. Calling for cups of water from the attendants is both tiring for us and visibly irritating for the hostesses.
The flight got delayed by 45 min diparture and 35 min late in arrival and the travel time increased from 1:35 min to 2hrs worst experience took a road convince to reach Delhi for the next flight worst experience not to go by goairs again

In flight services were just pathetic. There wasn't any food available. They had one sandwich. One samosa and basically one or two items on the menu with only a couple of pieces for an entire flight of people. Okay maybe itís a short flight and you donít wanna serve the hot stuff but at least make sure you have enough food for at least 50 percent of the people on board? The air hostess was extremely inefficient and rude. They had no change at all. And instead of attending to our hunger they were more interested in selling merchandise. I mean it was the most ridiculous flight ex ive ever had. Pathetic go air!
Flight was delayed without no prior notice and wait time became too long which is absolutely pathetic experience for a person like me who has severe issue with legs .. It was very tiring for me to wait and later it was a long flight.
