The AC in the flight either not working properly or was not cooling properly. I was sweating for the entire 2 hours of my journey. The soft drink that was served was not chilled. It would be great if a freshener is used every hour to remove smell at the rear end of the flight.
Hello it was surprising while check-in I was allotted seat on 25th row whereas while online check-in I was allotted in 14 row against which amount of RS. 235/- approximately charged in the invoice itself, ticket was booked through MMT this came into my notice while boarding where your inflight staff was unable to sort this . Really surprising
I had the worst ever service with Go Air in my life. When I reached airport 35 min before instead of 45 min after travelling 7 hour 30 min my town and I was not allowed to board the flight and for that I have to pay 6500 for rescheduling and worst thing the rescheduled flight was 30 min late in boarding and 15 min late in take off. When I'm 10 min late I have pay penalty when I can still board the flight your airport staff kust denied to give boarding pass and when your airlines is late then there should be penalty for you people also instead of a word sorry.
Rude staff both Ground and in-flight staff . No proper communication about flight delay . Served me different food instead of what I ordered during ticket booking. When I complained about it they talked rudely. And left as if they don't care.
Flight cancelled due to jet airways delayed morning flight. Chandigarh to Mumbai. Call make my trip several time to resolve the issue. But make my trip not bothered about this. Very hopeless supporting system. Never book from make my trip in future.
There was a fly inside flight. I saw in the middle of the journey . . Baggage Handling : Worst. I had some sweets in my baggage, as "Rosogolla" is not allowed in hand bag. All sweets messed up when I got my bag returned in Delhi Airport.
Premium meal ordered & served was not good will never plan food from hence forth as airline has no facility to provide hot foods in advance like other airlines very poor unhygienic cheese bun & complementary coke not acceptable for 350/- not acceptable
