There were limited options in the Food Menu (despite being so costly as usual). The food tray was zapped across so that you hardly notice if the food/water was even served. I got an Emergency seat (with extra leg room) for free, so no complaints. But, for others I think the leg room space was less.
The flight from CCU to HYD wa scheduled G 5. 20 pm. They flight got delayed by 3 hrs. The staff kept us sitting in the craft without providing proper information. They kept saying, itís only 10 and the flight will take off. Passengers got irritated with the behaviour. They could easily switch the travel to some other airbus, but they made people wait inside. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional GOAIR is. Some people have further work, which they missed because of the delay . . I strongly protest this kind of issues to happen, even for the first time. Airlines should take proper measure before running such services which involves money and time. I will never travel by GoAir and will suggest my friends and family not to use this Airline ever.
Horrible, they are liar, don't provide proper info . Flight is rescheduled for tomorrow, they alrey had a flight today they mentioned no flight is there today . I will make sure not to travel via go air
I was travelling to Delhi from Hyderabad, There is no web check- In for the go- air and I got seat in between of be (thats in middle) and there was 2 uncles who's behavior I did not liked and asked for the change of seat but the air hostess did not responded for that. It was an uncomfortable journey for me for the first time in life. I felt really sad in travel.
Early morning I left home without eating as I booked a meal in flight. They served me rotten bread and when I complained the cabin crew they said sorry sir we gave what we were supplied. You can write a complaint and when I asked for complaint book they said we don't have you have to do it online . I had to spend 1000 rupees after landing as I was hungry and had to head ahead for work
There was this clumsy Airhostess (Name possibly Ms. Charmiwho dropped glass/glasses water on my son completely wetting him and his expensive laptop !!! Who is responsible Why donít you just give small bottles of water
Three valuable things worth more than Rs. 6, 000 is missing from my baggage. Two new sarees and a new shirt has been removed from my check-in luggage. I am a frequent traveller and this is the first time I am flying via Go Air and had to undergo such a disappointing and embarrassing experience. Those were gifts to someone and now are missing. I am thoroughly disappointed with Go Air and will surely think twice before booking Go Air again !!!
I have opted for food service in the flight but it was not offered in the cabin while on ride. It was very disheartening after seeing this kind of cheating with customers money. Kindly refund my payment of food services opted by me as it was not provided.
