The attitude of flight attendants was extraordinary rude. They denied assistance to keep the laptop bag and asked to help ourselves. They dint help even a single passenger to put bags up. The flight attendant leader was extremely rude, haughty and ugly attitude. Indigo sucks
Check in process was tiresome and disorganised. Something should be done on this by the airline. This has been a major put off almost each time I have travelled in Indigo Airlines. I have reported the matter once directly to the Airline. But this is a problem and Airline has failed to address this issue. I have stopped travelling and started travelling in Vistara or Jet since quite sometime now.
The overall travelling experience with IndiGo was really excellent. This was after a very long time that I had taken IndiGo and I was really happy to find that over the period of time, IndiGo has really improved tremendously. I will be happy to again fly through IndiGo.
It's high time Indigo replaces the cushion of the seats. The seat cushions have thinned down so much it feels as if you are sitting on a hard plank. After sometime the bottom starts hurting. Hope something is done on urgent basis

By far the worst option for a business traveller. If one managed to look beyond the awful food selection, utter lack of leg room, hard as rock flimsy seats then prepare for delays in the middle of the night and not even a proper apology . Indigo is better only to probably GoAir but even people are GoAir won't fly GoAir probably.
Bad experience with makemy trip, booked Patna to Trivandrum and staked in Bangalore airport more than 11hours. Your site showed flight time was morning 9. 30am before booking . After booked Bangalore to Trivandrum flight time was 5. 30pm. Poor respond fron all your faking customer service
