I had travelled in Indigo. Services of Indigo have seen a great improvement over a period of time. I was reminded of my flight schedule through SMS, IVRS messages etc. Ground Staff and Staff on board the aircraft are friendly and polite. Overall it has been a wonderful experience.
I choose. Airline to save my journey time . I taken Delhi IGI airport to Chennai indigo 6E 2519 airline . It was on time ,. Clean aircraft, good behaviour of cabin crew staff, no lauggee issue . Both airport connected with road, train service . Check in and boarding process was also very nice .
Every time Indigo changes its flight time and this is the last time I am flying with Indigo. I have never seen such a airlines like Indigo before. Worthless management. Free advice change your management guys and make it easier for customers to get the flight at right time,
Flight reached to hydrabad in 50 min but after that it took 50 min to 1 hour to get the bags on belt number 2A . No one was there from indigo airlines. They given belt got stuck . I missed my cab and pushpak schedule also I reached to my venue 1 hour late . Worst experience I ever faced . 1 hour to collect the my baggage .
I want a refund on my flight. 1st we got to the airport 11 o'clock and they told us the flight left last night. They would not help with any other flight. No refund was issued or anything. They told me to go and find a new flight. Which cost me 28000 rupees. So I want my refund. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Also I was stuck at the airport for over 14 hours with the family and no cellphone and nothing to do wasted a entire day. So I want my refund for this flight as I had to purchase new ticket for a new flight.
First time I was travel through Indigo Airlines and I was surprised food and other soft drinks to be purchase separately and its not included in the ticket fare. Talking about the check in process I got the boarding pass from Madurai to Chennai only and they instructed me to get Chennai to Doha boarding pass from the international check in counter in Chennai. Since 2009 I am travelling to Doha from different airlines and I got both boarding pass from Madurai itself. Once I reached Chennai I went international check in counter and waited around one hour to get my 2nd boarding pass which is really disappointing. I would suggest kindly fix this issues in order to loose your routine customers.
Initial check in went fine but after boarding the plane we were told on 3 separate occasions that there was a delay in take off. In total it was deleted by nearly 2 hours with no refreshments offered until very late.
As I paid for veg meal at the time of ticket booking and the options are Maggi Masala Twist, Sambar Cahwal, Cup Nuodles and I guess Poha also . . I think Spice Jet is better Hope they improve quality, quantity and Variety in food department. Thanks you ,. Ranjan Agrahari
