Jet Airways is an airline owned by Naresh Goyal. It is the second largest Indian airline based in the commercial capital of India, Mumbai. The tray infront of my seat was not very firm; seemed to be broken or lose fitting . I also saw a woman who had a baby on her lap, did not have enough leg space due to which the man ahead of her seat couldn't bend his seat back. Maybe you can have special seats for those who are carrying baby on their laps . The food could have been better, as it felt it was half cooked. My fiancee opted for the nonveg meal which only had a bun roll and sausage stuffed inside, without any other stuffing or ketchup . It was very dry and raw.
Veg meal these days is very bad in terms of quality and seats are not even clean . Last passenger's nails and food was on my seat and his/her hair was so oily that headrest was even oily . Headrest cloth was not even changed . Too poorly maintained flight
Boarding gate changed in last minute but noone informed. Boarding pass was also printed with old & wrong gate number. After getting the boarding pass, an SMS had come but I couldn't see. There were 15 people at old gate number waiting for boarding & suddenly at last moment saw SMS & rushed. Another disappointing point is web check-in charges for almost all seats. That's too high.
Travelled through Jet Airways on 25th Oct From Bangalore to Singapore, expecting a International Standards Aircraft. Got a feeling as if travelled in local aircraft. 4 & 1/2 hrs disaster journey. Very poor standards & never suggest Jet aircraft for International journey .
I have cancelled this ticket a few days before my actual travel. I've neither received the refund that I was promised - nor have I have received an e-mail confirmation after the online cancellation of the ticket If you're asking me to review the flight experience despite cancelling the flight, I must point out the disconnect that you'll have in your system Kindly refund the amount that I was promised Best ,. Jet services from ground to the air was horrible. This is one of the worst airline experiences in my life. I will never ever travel with jet and advise my family and friends to avoid travelling with jet. I reported three hours before the flight. I lined up in economy row for check in but I was told to queue up in another line that because my parents needed wheelchairs. We waited over two hours to get wheel chairs. I apporaoch five staff no one wants to listen. Finally after we got the chairs reach to the aircraft 5 min before the take off. We were four here were no place for our bags. So much so our seat was given to some one else and we were asked to seat in different seats. I asked the staff why our seat was assigned to other. She replied saying they are travelling together so we were. She asked if we wanted our own seat. Since it was already so late, I let did not bothered. In flight also the crew members were not friendly. So it was not only some staff but the entire airlines. It is so unfortunate. If I had no meeting on Oct 29th, I would cancel my flight and take another flight. It was one of the worst travel experiences of my life.
It was a good experience as I am able to get in touch with Bengali Film Actor Jishu Sengupta. Hope more better opportunity will come to meet great people's on board . Thanks jet airways. Overall food was good with good presentation. Air hostess were very cooperative and decent and well trained.
My actual departure was at 11:30 am but My flight was delayed by jet airways 1 hr 50 mins and I was ditched by the airline by a small margin of 10 mins. When I ask3d for help thry said only if your flight is delayed by 2 hrs we could do something . I am really not happy with the airline and it's support as I had to face a lot of inconvenience as I had booked my taxi and I was overcharged for that too for extra wait time
