food was excellent, general ambience of the hotel

Worst Experience: Room service not up to mark, had to wait a bit of a time in checking out

The hotel is located on a quiet hillside minutes from the center of town. There are stunning views of the valley and mountains beyond from much of the property, the main dining room and some guest rooms.The food was good, and there was sufficient variety..From the room one looks either into the mists and fog or surreal beauty of a green oasis depending on what the day brings. It is a good property with great views.

The staff were hospitable and made our stay very comfortable and we never realised we were not at home.

Best Experience: As mentioned above the staff were very courteous.It was raining outside and they provided us with umbrellas as a safety measure since my son who was 9 yrs old was there to ensure that he does not catch a cold.

Worst Experience: I cannot think of anything but if at all anything needs improvement to a little extent is from the cuisine front.They can add some more local vegetarian dishes vegetarian for elderly people who may visit and who come from an orthodox family upbringing.

Rooms are good clean with heater and have lcd 32" tv Comfortable to stay and can view sites at Balcony , have large space and have 24 hrs Water heater facility, food is good to taste has Buffet facility and can have indoor games To pass time nice hotel to spend with families.

Best Experience: Breakfast in buffet has many variety To chose both north and south Indian type And can play free indoor games like Table tennis etc.

Worst Experience: Nothing to mention about worst experience

This is a wonderful hotel its very good hotel to stay @ this place food is cvery good and even rooms are so clean and well maintained.Ooty is a wonderful place to visit for honeymoon couples.
