I will like to know that, if any, operator conducts daily AHEMDABAD DARSHAN type tour for entire day. How much they charge and from where to get the bus

The AMTS (ahmedabad transport service) and the Gujarat Toursim has a conducted Ahmedabad darshan tour as part of their agenda. You could contact them to help you book a tour. Private tour operators are many but as it is not a regular service, they may have varying rates/prices.

Unfortunately Ahmedabad has very few places for tourists. You can visit few places on your own by hiring taxi. At every tourist location you will find authorised guides.

Lalbhai Dalpatbhai Museum
Vintage Car Museum(If you love cars dont miss this)
Heritage Walk
Night Market at Law Garden

Hi Vandan,

I would like to know more about the heritage walks. I am planning to visit Ahmedabad in 2009 and would definately want to be a part of the heritage walk. Can you provide more information on this or point me to the right direction.
