We visited Bharatpur in Mid November & it was a lovely time to visit. We took the train from Agra (it does stop at Bharatpur) to Jaipur which took 4 hours 40 mins.

The time you have selected will be enjoyable as the birds
tend to be in india during this period. If possible please spare minimum 3 days. Th place is really enjoyable. Try staying at any of the hotels at Saras circle as the Bird sancturay is stone throw distance from here.
As i had travelled to bharatpur from vadodara directly and not enrouted to jaipur, i am not aware of the travel time.
However it can be checked from http://www.indianrail.gov.in site.
All the best for the journey.
