Bhopal to Hampi

How far is Hampi from Bhopal? What are the Places to visit in Hampi? How will be the weather in the next month?

The distance from Bhopal to Hampi is very easy to find out. Go to Google maps - type your destination- & you will not only get the distance but also the route. The best way to see all the places in Hampi is to hire either a car/3 wheeler. The driver will take you evrywhere.

Dear Varsha,
The nearest city connected by frequent train and buses are Bellary and hospet. 60 & 15 kms respectively from hampi. This is a good time to visit Hampi, the best time in fact is from September to January.

This is just an initiative that I have taken to help fellow travelers with information about destinations in Karnataka so that they don't get duped by travel agents

The distance between Bhopal and Hampi is 2131 Kms via bangalore. Hampi, as you might know is the ruins of the Vijayanagar Empire. The ruins itself, spread over a few Kms, is wonderful sight. As you will be travelling via Bangalore you can visit the places of interest in Bangalore city, like the Palace, the Lal Bagh and Cubbon Park, the Vidhana Soudha etc in the city.
There are convenient trains to Hospet (which is the nearest Railway station to Hampi) from Bangalore. There are also nice hotels near the station from where you can make trips to the Hampi Ruins and the Virupaksha Temple.
Plan you trip in advance and enjoy the visit.

The distance from Bhopal to Hampi is near about 885 KMs.You would likely to witness monsoon season there,So weather would be quite pleasant.Also there are numerous monuments in Hampi which would leave you spellbounded. Also Bicycles and mopeds are available there on rent so you can get a flashback of your childhood days Have fun .....
