Dear Megha,
Hi its a great idea to go to Havelock for honeymoon, but June is not he right time to go because the monsson will hv set inand you may not be able reach these places. Best time will be after Oct. I think u should make alternate arrangement.

Andaman Island is a splendid location and very peaceful. Water water every where...less crowd... breezy...calm...romantic...beautiful...you can name it!!!

Weather is good during Nov ~ Jan, Hot/warm during Feb~May and rains during Jun~Sep. However, for Honey Moon weather doesn't matter. What matters the most is being together....in such a wonderful place... away from madning crowd! Am sure you will need such a break especially after going through all the rituals.

Havelock island is a good 1 hour ride from the main land. As the monsoon is not favourable, it is better if you can choose to stay in Port Blair itself. You have plenty of options to choose from. I would suggest Fortune . This is a nice place, has swimming pool, good room, good food & service is very good. You can ask for a sea facing room with a sit out.

Take my word... as the sun sets, when the whole city goes down, silence fills the air, wind starts flowing into the land, you can sit in this balcony for hours listening to the sound of the waves hitting the shore... Awesome! Am sure your trip will be memorable!

Hi,

I think you need to check about the . It would be risky going to havelock in monsoon season. Portblair anyways is a good option and to stay you can opt for Sinclairs hotel. All its rooms are sea facing. Its near the airport( just 10 min's drive and location is wonderful.
