Kashmir trip in Oct end

Hi,

Planning to visit Kashmir from Oct 21 to Oct 26. Tight schedule for this place, I know.

1. Oct 21 reach Srinagar airport at 3 o'clock, head for pahalgam. Leave Pahalgam on Oct 23, reach Srinagar on Oct 23 evening. Leave for Gulmarg on Oct 25 morning. Get back to Srinagar airport on Oct 26 noon. Does it sound ok given we have only 5 night in hand?

2. How are JKTDC hotels in Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Srinagar? Are they clean, warm? Food and marketplace are easily accessible from these?

3. Should I book a cab at Airport itself for the whole tour? or at the hotel? or should pre-book before reaching? if yes, can you suggest any decent service provider number (cab for two people)?

4. Is it sunny in Kashmir during daytime? I read that the evenings and mornings are a bit chilly and dull.

IT WILL BE A TIGHT TOUR AND MOST OF THE PLACES REMAIN UNTOUCHED.
DURING DAY TIME YOU GET SUNNY DAY AND IN OCT YOU FEEL LITTLE BIT CHILLED AT NIGHT AND MORNING.
PARTICULARLY IN PAHALGAM THE TEMP IS LOW.
