How many days would be ideal to stay in Bandipur with family?Also please suggest any good resorts I could stay at here.

There is only Jungle safari to be done at Bandipur. Chances of sighting tigers are more if you do more safaris. I would suggest to stay for 2 night 3 days. Tyy Jungle lodges and resorts if you can get .

hi,

If you are a wildlife enthusiast, Bandipur is a haven still couple of days is mandatory to be spent over there.

You can opt for jungle safaris on day 1 and pay a visit to Himavad Gopalaswamy betta on day 2, you can also visit Ooty from here.

Jungle lodges is the best option for stay but check up their availability as they are running full during weekends.

Bandipur is worth not more than 2 days coz u got to be really lucky to see any wild animals. Also this is vacation period and will be packed with people. the jungle safari by Govt is of no use...u'll get to see tamed elephants.. ;-) ..visit GS betta, ooty and avalanche (in ooty)..I stayed with my team in Vana vihar..It was pretty decent and economic in all aspects..have a good time..enjoy.. ;-)
