Has anyone any recent travel experience in Mizoram and Manipur? Any tips on sightseeing and accommodation would be much appreciated.

It still depends on what type of activities your kids enjoy. There are a lot of choices for beaches, lagoons and hill stations and you could do just about anything when you visit places over the area or Kerala. I know my kids would enjoy a great experience of lagoons that is why we love visiting the place, but there are a ton other options you can check out.
