If you are travelling from Bangalore, you can hire a car or rent a bike. It takes some 5-6 hours with stops and all. The road trip is awesome. And if you wish to hire any vehicle from Madikeri itself then you can hire it from there itself. If you are in a group then only hire a cab r else it would be quite expensive.
