Hi,
I am just back from immensely. The people are spectacular. range and on the other the magnificent Kanchenjungha massif. The food was awsome at the Sherpa Homesty where we put up for five days (initial plan was for two days). Mr Pema Sherpa and his wife are the two most cordial and good souls that one could ever come accross. It is a small yet very spaciuous and conveniently located homestay that the couple has started very recently at a place called 7th mile just ten mins before the main town. I simply fell in love with the place and of the almost chedar cheese of If in case you are a pork lover, then Pema ji's wife can serve you one of the most amazing curry that one can ever imagine.
