Dear Hirendranath,
Just had a fleeting glance at this .On the beach, yes, looks new..but cant tell you much more. It would be my advice that if you are planning to go on weekdays, never book in advance as there are several good hotels mostly built in resort style on the beach and you can strike a deal at almost 50% of their prescribed rates (needs just a bit of bargaining skills)
