hai am ravi from mysore. am doin my medical corce in mysore. i want to com coorg wit my parents in this april. we want to stay for one night.am plannin to stay any resort or homestay.is it safe

Most resorts and homestays are safe. I stayed in Siddapur. Homestay called Raksh cottage. Very beautiful and serene. Just try that. Very reasonable prices too. Food is wonderful. You will enjoy.Here are the details:

Coorg is a grt place to go to. Going there is quite safe. No trouble as far as getting accomodation is concerned. Depending on which place you plan to go to, select the best option available between resort vs home stay. Home stays are more secluded but more adventurous while in resorts you might get better food and a normal ambience.

Have a good safe trip!

PS: Coorg might be reasonably hot currently.

Hello,

we were in a resort 6 km outside Madikeri,called Capitol Village,a former coffee plantage.
The stuff were friendly,the food tasteful,the locals friendly and the rooms very clean,
with a balcony to eat outside.We would do it again.
