Is there any budget hotel - tariff < R 1000/- in Nagarjunasagar ?

The best accommodation at Nagarjuna Sagar is the APTDC hotel Punnami Vihar... it was priced at 700 or so.. I am sure price has not gone up too much since the past year... check them out... otherwise there are several private guest houses which are cheaper...
