I had visited Mount Abu in February. It was 35 degrees then. Now it must be over 40 degree Celsius and scorching hot. So visit Mount Abu only in December/January to have some fun.

Hi Sneha,

Of course Monsoon is one of the good season to visit Mount Abu. I would suggest to explore Abu by your Own. places are like Todd Rock, Gurushikhar are very famous and could be crowdy, try to visit Upper Kodra Dam, Gaumukh these are less explored and less populated areas where u can really explore Mount Abu.

Let me know if you have more question.

Only One Tea Stall in Mount Abu near Nakki Lake, he makes good Poha as well :)

u can get bike on rent as well to explore near by areas on your own and i think that is the best option.
:)

Thanks,
Jolin

hey,
if possible, try visit in august - its the best time to visit. there will already be a few rain showers by then and the mountains would have turned gree by then.
july is not bad as well, but august is the best.
avoid the long weekends in this august - the hotels rates will be high - if possible chose the working days
