If you are staying with family I would suggest you decide a Hotel at Old Digha. If in New Digha go for a very reputed Hotel. Sea Coast and Sea Hawk in Old Digha are good. Remember three things: 1. Always see the room before deciding, because maximum Sea Facing rooms are not sea facing in the proper term. What they mean is that you can see the sea from the room which includes the balcony. So, proper checking is required. 2. Book well in advance that is within first week of December otherwise you will not find good hotels and if you do, they will charge you exorbidant prices. 3. Be careful while swimming and moving around from the rowdies.
