Hi,

I'll be visiting trivandrum between 12th & 14th April with my family. I'm planning to stay in Ponmudi on 12th. And I want to stay in a beach resort on 13th & 14th. I've short listed the 3 resorts:

1) Estuary Island
2) Travancore Heritage
3) Isola De Coco

My preference would be -
1) Access to beach
2) Heritage ambience
3) Swimming pool
3) Room with a view

Suggestions please...

I have visited the places you have written about but not stayed over at either of the places. I would reccomend estuary island but it tends to get a lil crowded in the summer weekends so you need to check up on that... As for your preferences in the resort all are met but request for room with a view while booking thats all... Have fun!!!

Going by the experience of Heritage Hotels in Kerala, I would say Travancore Heritage would be a good exp. Estaury Island is on the mouth of the estuary and am not sure if u can enjoy the sea from there...if u want to enjoy the sea then go and stay at Abad Palmshore..the facilities mite not be 5 star facilities but it has its ownprivate beach where u can enjoy the sun..it has a swimming pool too.

I have stayed in Taj and not others.
This is a fine place with pools,good view etc.
But not the beach. You have to walk a bit to reach.
Otherwise a fine one

Thanks a lot guys. I'd actually booked a View room in Estuary Islands but due to other reasons I'd to cut short my trip & returned back to chennai within a day. My trip is still on & not planned yet.
