Hello,
Me and wife are planning for a trip from Kerala to Bandipur. What would be the preferable route and means to travel to Bandipur?

The Supreme Court of India has recently issued an order banning tourism and related activities in core areas of tiger reserves. In Bandipur, all of the park is designated as core zone, and as a result, tourism activites, including resort stays without safaris may not be conducted. Guests at resorts have been ordered to vacate immediately, and no further bookings will be undertaken. The Supreme Court will review the case. However, no change in the order is expected, and tourism in Bandipur, along with Nagarhole, Mudumalai, BR Hills and other tiger reserves across the country, is expected to cease permanently.
I advice you to change your programme.
