the weather will be very nice but it always rain at least once in the day otherwise Nainital is like heaven

Weather will be nice. But if interested in Himalaya darshan from Nainital, kausani then better to visit in Oct -Dec.Or Enquire about weather before .

Its pleasant. You can enjoy your time there very well. Sometimes rains may be there, but with that you get more taste of weather in the hills.
