I was in 2009. But you can go to Khilanmarg by Cable stages. possible. before going up.

i was in Khilanmarg. for 1st stage is Rs 300 / person and Rs 500/ for 2nd stage ie Apparwat So total Rs 800/ person for both the stages . Dont forget to take shoes , hand gloves easily available at shop before reaching
