Ranthambore National park

When is the nice time to go to Ranthambore National Park? As Rajasthan is a place with a very hot . I want to go when its not that hot so please advice on when to go and also will it be open all round the year ?

Hi Vinay,
The best months to visit Ranthambore National Park is from Mid february to April First week. After that it is very hot out there. It remains closed during the monsoon season i.e. July-September. October and November are again good time as the whether starts cooling down.
But visibility is not so good after rainy season due to all the greenery and grown up bushes. December and January can be foggy. So the best month remains Feb-March.

If you are really interested to see mammals in large numbers best time is april end to june 1st week. as due to scarcity of water in inner area wild animals come out from dense area in search of water also big grass are died down in summer increases visible area.
As far as climate is concern best wether is from Nov to Feb.
Usually Park remains close in monsoon. you can check exact date in rajasthanwildlife's website. Also you can book your safari online from this website. Online is the only way to book Safari or you have to cough up more money to local agents and do the safari in false names.

Hi,
Rajasthan is the most famous and attractive destination for wildlife lovers. It's a perfect wildlife tourist destination. Ranthambore National park is the most famous national park in Rajasthan. This park is famous for tiger reserves. I think, January and February is the best time to visit this park.

The best time for animal sighting is summer as during this time the animals raom about for water.
However this time is not favoured by us out of extreme climate in Rajasthan.

However the chances of sighting is also good during feb-march.

After all it is luck.
