Yes dear, there are many shops offering bikes on rental basis. You can get a variety of bikes to suit your liking and budget. Just go to a road behind the main market, next to Leh taxi stand.
Bikes are rented on day basis and have seen foreigners renting bikes for weeks too.
Rent per day depends on model of bike from Bajaj to Yamaha to even Harley !!!
But negotiate for a good deal - depending on tourist requirements.
If you plan to go to far off places, please go with few others as you will not find any help if needed on most roads out of Leh.
